The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include site inspections, project planning, resource management, and problem-solving. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and ensuring that regulatory and environmental guidelines are met. Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction management and engineering principlesExperience in project planning, resource management, and budgetingProficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS OfficeExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clientsLeadership skills and experience in mentoring junior engineersBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related role
