Job Description

Role & responsibilities Production Planning and Execution Ensure efficient execution of production plans to meet customer and business requirements. Monitor and optimize machine utilization, manpower deployment, and shift schedules . Coordinate with production planning, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies for process improvements. Analyze cycle times, material flow, and bottlenecks to enhance production efficiency. Identify and execute cost reduction and waste minimization initiatives. Work towards improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reducing scrap/rework. Preferred candidate profile Experience in automotive sheet metal component manufacturing Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Perks and benefits Competitive salary and incentives.
