Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer NPD For Rubber Company with 1-5 years of experience to join our team in Bawal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, technical areas, and quality documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with external testing and certification agencies for smooth operations.
Oversee testing in India and overseas to ensure high-quality products.
Prepare necessary engineering and quality documentation for compliance.
Collaborate with design and production teams to identify key requirements.
Identify key requirements for products or upgrades and implement changes.
Ensure knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards is implemented and maintained.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, product development, and rubber and plastic materials.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
