Role & responsibility Establish Surface Finishing (Paint, Plating, Powder Coating) Process at different supplier during new parts development. Supplier Quality Assurance for above processes, Regular Communication ,Audit & Continual improvement Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have sound knowledge of surface finishing Processes Like ACED, Powder coating , ZN plating Ni Cr Plating etc. This Include Substate condition , Pretreatment, Finishing Process and Defect phenomenon Candidate should be able to do root cause analysis & take countermeasure jointly with supplier to achieve desired Quality consistency

Key Responsibilities 1.Supervise daily operations of mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic press machines. 2.Allocate manpower and monitor performance to meet daily production targets. 3.Ensure die setup, job changeover, and first-off inspection as per control plans. 4.Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and TPM practices within the press shop. 5.Monitor rejection levels and initiate corrective and preventive actions. 6.Maintain shift-wise production reports and downtime logs. 7.Ensure Quality standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paint, powder coating, electroplating, and other surface treatment processes relevant to sheet metal and tubular fabricated components. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all incoming parts requiring surface treatment (paint, electroplating, etc.) Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to quality standards. Develop and maintain surface treatment SOPs and inspection standards. Conduct inspections and ensure defect-free coating, finish, and corrosion resistance. Support NPD and engineering teams with surface treatment process feasibility. Handle customer audits and documentation related to surface finish requirements. Key Role: Assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Work on shop floor to implement principles and methodologies. Lead NPD documentation activities (PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, Process Flows). Study drawings, prepare BOMs, and coordinate with design (CAD) for 3D/2D modeling. Manage and monitor development of multiple components simultaneously. Ensure process repeatability and quality consistency in new product introduction. Work closely with Design, Tool Room, Production, and QA teams to ensure manufacturability. Drive customer interactions for NPD approvals, audits, and documentation compliance. Guide and mentor junior engineers on process documentation and quality methods . Analyze process gaps and implement continuous improvements for new product introduction. In-depth knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, including press operations (Blanking, Bending, Piercing, Forming), welding techniques (such as spot welding, MIG welding, TIG welding), and assembly methods. Collaborate with customers for technical reviews, DAP approvals, and engineering changes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchase) for smooth launch. Establish quality standards and procedures for new part development processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality management systems. Quality Assurance Tool Room Management: Manage tool design, development, and maintenance for press tools, welding fixtures, jigs, and gauges. Supervise tool trials, modifications, and performance improvement activities. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. We are looking for an Assistant Design Manager with strong expertise in sheet metal tool design and leadership capabilities to oversee the complete lifecycle of tool design from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a design team and working closely with tool rooms, production, and OEM customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of designers responsible for strip layouts , progressive and stage tools , welding fixtures , gauges , and checking fixtures . In-depth knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, including press operations (Blanking, Bending, Piercing, Forming), welding techniques (such as spot welding, MIG welding, TIG welding), and assembly methods. Review and approve CAD drawings and validate design feasibility from manufacturing and cost perspectives. Coordinate with production, NPD, and tool room for timely and accurate execution of tooling projects. Interface with OEM customers for design approvals and technical discussions. Implement design standards and drive continuous improvements in tool design for cost reduction and quality enhancement. Mentor junior engineers and foster skill development across the design function. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool Engineering.
