Role & responsibilities Ensure, Implement and Sustain 5 'S', 6 'F' condition at shop floor. Complete and promote Kaizen, Poke-Yoke activity to improve product quality and Productivity. Ensure in-house product quality to deliver good parts to customer. Develop all new model parts quality requirements. Handling Customer complaints, Root Cause analysis and countermeasure action taken. Give supplier problem feedback to concern department and follow up from concern department. To maintain training records. Ensure all plans and reports are completed on time. Review all standards and operations. Implement and maintain all quality documents as per company standard. Ensure and handling of rejection and rework. Cause analysis and corrective action taken for the elimination of rejection and rework. To make action plan and ensure their execution to meet company goals and targets. Develop quality control systems. Conducting audits to verify compliance with quality standards. Identifying areas for quality improvement and proposing solutions. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be from Sheet Metal industry

Supplier Quality Assurance for above processes, Regular Communication ,Audit & Continual improvement Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have sound knowledge of surface finishing Processes Like ACED, Powder coating , ZN plating Ni Cr Plating etc. This Include Substate condition , Pretreatment, Finishing Process and Defect phenomenon Candidate should be able to do root cause analysis & take countermeasure jointly with supplier to achieve desired Quality consistency

Key Responsibilities 1.Supervise daily operations of mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic press machines. 2.Allocate manpower and monitor performance to meet daily production targets. 3.Ensure die setup, job changeover, and first-off inspection as per control plans. 4.Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and TPM practices within the press shop. 5.Monitor rejection levels and initiate corrective and preventive actions. 6.Maintain shift-wise production reports and downtime logs. 7.Ensure Quality standards are maintained.

We are looking for a Surface Treatment Engineer to join our growing team at Usaka Engineers . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paint, powder coating, electroplating, and other surface treatment processes relevant to sheet metal and tubular fabricated components. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all incoming parts requiring surface treatment (paint, electroplating, etc.) Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to quality standards. Develop and maintain surface treatment SOPs and inspection standards. Conduct inspections and ensure defect-free coating, finish, and corrosion resistance. Support NPD and engineering teams with surface treatment process feasibility. Handle customer audits and documentation related to surface finish requirements.
