Senior Engineer-Maintenance

Supervisor-Civil : Forecasting, Repair & Maintenance of civil infra, structures, roads, building, painting, etc. Supervisor is responsible for guiding and monitoring technicians for breakdown / Preventive / Predictive/ Shut down maintenance. Coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work of plant machineries. Shift wise SAP report fill-up and departmental reports preparation. Tracking uses of Spare parts during maintenance operations. Maintaining safety guidelines. Supervisor is responsible for guiding and monitoring technicians for proper maintain tools and tackle. Supervisor is responsible to achieve assigned KPI / KRA/ Goal / To-do / targets Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate with the contractor & architect for execution. Supervision of daily construction/repair/maintenance work. Prepare drawings, BOQ & estimates of civil work projects as per the given requirements. Knowledge of NBC & IS standards is an added advantage. Study execution drawings & guide the contractor for construction. Ensure all health & safety standards are followed on site. Ensure all work permits before starting the construction work. Maintain DPR & WPR as per construction progress. Quality inspection of construction work and related materials on site/lab. Interdepartmental coordination for construction-related activities. Checking & verification of civil contractors bills. Estimating & PR of TMT steel, structural steel, Cement, Paint, wood, etc. Coordination with internal & external stakeholders related to civil & structural works. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, AutoCAD, etc. Maintain safety and adhere to all recommendations. Profile & Eligible Criteria B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3+/5+ years of experience. Hands-on experience in repair & maintenance work of plant civil infra, BOQ, forecasting & bill verification.
