1. Should be able to handle shift independently.
2. To maintain machine history cards for all machines & equipments.
3. To provide uninterrupted Utility services.
4. To ensure that all safety equipments are installed and available in operating order.
5. Maintain & monitor inventories of spares.
6. To monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving.
7. To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures
8. To educate the operators on the importance of not changing or interfering with the safety devices.
9. To plan for spare parts required for critical machines.
10. To maintain the documents related to ISO/TS 16949 : 2009.
11. To learn and implement TPM in shop floor.
12. To co-operate & co-ordinate with internal customers of Maint Dept.
