Description
• Determine the design and workout strategy for new projects. Lead the Project lifecycle closely following Governance models. • Identify and resolve issues reported within defines SLAs part of routine maintenance of existing applications built in SharePoint online. • Report extraction and automations to support different metrics, that are maintained in the applications. • Work with Stakeholders on the enhancements in the existing applications. Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting • Workout budgetary estimates during kick off, after understanding the high-level requirements. • Support the team in project planning activities, identify risks proactively, escalating thru appropriate channels as required and responsible for closely tracking the actual efforts • Communicate regularly the status of Projects, risks that creeps, impediments if any. Design • Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Word to create HLD, LLD, DLD in various stages of SharePoint site development and maintenance. Responsibilities: Developing scalable and robust web applications using Java and React.js /Next.js frameworks. Implementing back-end functionalities using Java, Spring boot Framework, and other related technologies. Developing front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, and principles. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conducting thorough code reviews. Creating and consuming RESTful APIs / SOAP and integrating them into the application architecture. Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to conduct thorough testing and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Troubleshooting and debugging application issues, and providing timely resolutions. Requirements: 5+ years strong experience in Full Stack development with expertise in Java and React. Proficiency in Java programming language, Spring Framework, and related technologies. Experience in developing front-end applications using React.js . Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of front-end applications with back-end services. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and proficiency in writing SQL queries. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
