Senior Engineer - Information Security

Role Overview: You will be part of a talented team at FIS, the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Execute security controls to prevent unauthorized access to company information and programs. - Research and recommend solutions for any attempted security breaches. - Administer security systems and policies to manage system access. - Maintain the company firewall and utilize encryption methods as needed. - Create information security documentation and fulfill requests in line with company standards. - Respond to information security queries using established tools and procedures. - Resolve information security issues and ensure follow-up on all related matters. - Implement and manage information security controls using software and vendor systems. - Identify opportunities to improve workflow and communicate business impacts to management. - Collaborate with users to understand security needs and implement necessary procedures. - Provide status reports on security matters and develop response procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education, training, or work experience. - Knowledge of network technologies, security technologies, and network design. - Proficiency in time management, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. - Ability to plan, report, establish goals, and solve problems effectively. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with employees and clients.,
