We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Engineer Estimation & Costing to handle project estimation, cost planning, tender preparation, and budgeting for industrial infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost management to ensure profitable and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review detailed BOQs for civil, structural, and PEB works.
Carry out rate analysis, cost estimation, and budgeting for industrial construction projects.
Handle tender preparation, quotation making, and bid evaluations.
Utilize AutoCAD for drawing review, quantity take-off, and cost validation.
Develop and maintain rate databases, estimation templates, and cost benchmarks.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.
Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.
Manage vendor and subcontractor quotations and maintain pricing records.
Track cost performance and report variances to management.
Ensure adherence to company standards, project specifications, and safety norms.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 7 years of experience in estimation, costing, and tendering within the industrial construction / EPC / PEB sector.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis (DSR/SSR), cost control, and budgeting.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Sound understanding of tenders, quotation making, and cost reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-value projects with precision and accountability.
