Mandatory Skills Required

Hand on Support activities
ITIL Process and Terminology.
Any one of the ticket Management tool: JIRA, ServiceNOW
Any one of the Code Management tool: SVN ,GITHUB
Devops tools (Maven, Hudson/Jenkins, Azure CI/CD)
Strong research, investigation, and evaluation skills.
Strong analytical ability as it relates to system design.
Knowledge of Windows / Unix / Linux

Preferred Skills

Hand On MuleSoft Support
Messaging - JMS Implementations, ActiveMQ etc
Knowledge/experience with cloud architectures and deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor MuleSoft application and platform and notify stakeholders
Perform health check on daily basis
Prioritize and Work on Fixing Requests, Issues and Problems
Production Deployment and Post Deployment assessment and monitoring
Prepare support document like Deployment checklist, Test cases, KEDB, Change log etc
Proactively suggest changes for project improvement
Coordination with MuleSoft Support Team
