Job Summary:

Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities related to RUB and ROB structures in accordance with railway norms and safety guidelines.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and the client (Railway Authorities) for smooth site operations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and safety regulations.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project management accordingly.
• Assist in resolving any technical or execution-related issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols as per Indian Railways/IRC/IS standards.
  

Requirements:

• Education:

  B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in railway infrastructure projects involving RUBs/ROBs
• Strong knowledge of Indian Railway standards, codes, and construction practices
• Hands-on experience in managing subcontractors and labor teams
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools
• Willingness to be stationed full-time at Lucknow project site
  

Preferred Experience:

• Work experience with Indian Railways, RVNL, DFCCIL, or similar railway infrastructure organizations.
• Exposure to rail-over-road/road-under-rail structures with both RCC and steel superstructures.
