Role & responsibilities

Responsible for implementation of Corporate driven BE Roadmaps and Guidelines in the plant. All functions Standard Operating Procedure compliance, TPM/TQM implementation, Theme based projects & 5S

Update revised / new SOP

Guiding team, follow ups, closure for preparedness of customer visit and

system audits for Existing/Potential Customer

Follow up, guide internal departments for timely closure of all system

internal/external audit points

Actively participate in industry forums such as ACMA, CII, events etc. and

ensure appropriate representation from various departments at these forums

Liaison with vendors, consultants, auditors for certifications and awards

Actively participate in industry forums such as ACMA, CII events etc. and

ensure appropriate preparedness.

Plan plant activities for various initiatives e.g. Theme, Sustainability, WPT,

Monthly Safety Audit, Internal Audit, Improvement Projects being run by the

management and ensure timely implementation

Internal Audit plan compliance, Finding closure through IoT/systemic

Develop plan for Quality Management System periodic audit in all functions

and audit schedule compliance and NC closures

Co-ordinate Plant Monthly Kaizen Competition and QCC

Scheduling and Framing Standard Rockman Calendar Events e.g. Quality

month, safety week, kaizen mela etc.

Achieve successful ISO recertification, surveillance

Review and timely submit all MIS & reports

Manage and provide SOP trainings and ISO training across departments.

Ensure development and standardization of training modules for key skills.

Establish DOJO ( Skill Development Centre ) for Key Skills, critical to business.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of QMS, ISO Standards, VDA 6.3, Hands on Knowledge of

Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement
