Responsible for coordinating with O&M team at highway projects. Act as a point of contact to collate project level daily progress reports and highlight issues to Manager. The role holder is responsible for preparing WOs, POs, and service entry sheets for Subcontractors and Vendors. Provide support to Lead O&M at office in preparing CoS, if required and insurance claims during the O&M period.
Should have experience of Billing & Planning related to Highway Projects with expertise in SAP.
