Job Title: Senior Engineer (Healthcare Domain)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a technically sound and proactive Senior Engineer to join our Professional Services team, supporting automation delivery for clients in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and hands-on experience in developing RPA workflows using industry-standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA workflows using best practices.
• Integrate automation with APIs, systems, and applications as needed.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients.

Must

• Strong programming skills in Java / .Net / Python / C / C++ or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on RPA development experience with tools like AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience in working with APIs, REST integrations, and automation frameworks.

Must-Have Non-Technical Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with cognitive automation, OCR tools, or AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with automation testing or scripting-based automation.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field (preferred).
