Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at KONE, your role involves proactively developing and creating customer relationships in your area of responsibility. You will be accountable for developing KONE's position in your customer base or market area. Your responsibilities include creating and communicating leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving complaints with the rest of the KONE team. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer and contact information while maintaining customer data. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base - Handle RFQs and ensure timely responses - Meet sales budget and pricing targets by acquiring leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts - Identify customer needs and ensure that KONE's solutions align with those needs - Price using approved tendering tools and optimize prices and discounts within your authority - Validate contract contents in line with negotiation outcomes - Maintain accurate information on opportunities, tasks, and visits through sales funnel management - Ensure timely and accurate reporting in CRM - Gather relevant information about the market and competitors from the field - Support finance function in money collection - Drive the execution of your individual sales plan - Ensure decision to tender (Gate 2) by Gate approver based on discount authorities - Be accountable for the project/order until Order Booking Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting - Understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred At KONE, we are committed to fostering an innovative and collaborative working culture where every individual's contribution is valued.
