Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a Customer Relationship Manager at KONE, your primary responsibility is to proactively develop and nurture customer relationships within your assigned area. You will play a crucial role in enhancing KONE's position in the market by identifying and creating sales opportunities, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling RFQs, managing sales budgets, and optimizing pricing strategies to meet targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and create strong customer relationships within your designated area - Identify and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team - Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints in collaboration with the KONE team - Maintain accurate customer and contact information in the database - Generate opportunities from outside the current customer base - Handle RFQs and manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets - Identify customer needs and align KONE's solutions accordingly - Price projects using approved tools and optimize pricing within authority limits - Validate contract contents align with negotiation outcomes - Maintain detailed information on opportunities, tasks, and visits for effective sales funnel management - Ensure timely and accurate reporting in the CRM system - Gather market and competitor information from the field - Support finance in money collection and oversee projects/orders until order booking - Drive the execution of your individual sales plan **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field - Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of market trends and competitors - Strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service (Note: The additional details about KONE's working culture and values have been omitted for brevity.
