Senior Engineer

Purpose/Objective

The job purpose for a Shift Engineer - Cluster - Ingot in I&W Maintenance in solar manufacturing typically focuses on ensuring smooth operation, efficiency, and quality in ingot production processes, thereby supporting overall production goals and meeting customer demand.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Equipment Maintenance and Operation: - Maintain ingot production equipment to ensure continuous operation. Attend to equipment breakdown and manage maintenance related downtime within targets Execute preventive & predictive maintenance plan. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): - Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and operational processes. CAPA Implementation: - Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as part of continuous improvement initiatives to address issues and enhance equipment reliability. Safety and Compliance: - Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement: - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize ingot production efficiency. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production and maintenance activities. Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: - B.Tech/ Diploma – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical - Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech Work Experience (Range of years): - Min 2 - 5 years of experience in Managing daily shift maintenance of machines, along with safety of the machines and team members. Certification:
