Leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve departmental goals will be crucial, where you will provide guidance, motivation, and training to ensure success. Utilizing your technical expertise in PLC control panels, you will understand client needs and offer suitable solutions. Collaboration with the technical team to meet client requirements will be vital. Your role will involve overseeing the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring project execution is timely and meets customer satisfaction. Market analysis will also be part of your responsibilities to understand industry trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape, providing insights to enhance product offerings and sales approaches. As a successful candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You should have 10-15 years of sales experience, focusing on PLC control panels or related products for at least 5 years. Your strong technical knowledge of PLC control panels, industrial automation systems, and electrical controls is essential. Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding sales targets, understanding B2B sales processes in industrial markets, and leading sales teams effectively are key requirements for this role. Your excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills will be crucial in engaging with senior stakeholders. A customer-focused mindset, a solution-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel for client meetings, project discussions, and industry events are also important attributes for this position.
