Senior Electrical Technician

We are hiring an electrical technician.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Duration: 2 years

Working Hours: 12 hours

Working: 4 days work and 4 days off

Salary: 4500 SAR to 5500 SAR

Food allowance, accommodation, transportation and visa are provided by the company.

JOB ROLE:

To be based at site, working on an ON-OFF Cycle, to carry out Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance

work for all mechanical equipment at the site comprising- PV Power generation & distribution, RO desalination

plant, bio-diesel generators, including at times working in conjunction with Electrical or C&I or Operations

Team to achieve reliable, continuous and safe operation & maintenance of such equipment and plant.

This is a dual role primarily for maintenance but will also involve some parts of operation support.

Minimum Experience:

▪ 8 years’ experience of working with C&I maintenance in similar industrial setup, preferably a

power & desalination plant or large size utility or petrochemical plant. Knowledge in DCS, PLCs,

CEMS, Fire detection system, Field analysers, Field instrumentation, Fieldbus, etc.

Job Specific Skills:

o Good knowledge and hands on experience with various PLCs including

fault/alarm analysis and troubleshooting.

o Good Experience in DCS systems including means for quick analysis and

troubleshooting.

o Good Knowledge and hands on experience with Field instruments.

o Good knowledge in reading drawings, schematics, hook-up diagrams, etc.

o Hands on experience in accessing and analysing process logic.

o Good knowledge in data and system back-ups and restoration.

o Good knowledge about safety standards while working with pressurized and high

temperature systems.
