Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Electrical Engineer for our Foundry Division. The role involves leading, supervising, and maintaining electrical systems, power distribution, furnaces, automation, and equipment reliability to ensure smooth production operations in the foundry .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities across the foundry division.
• Ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and repair of furnace power supply systems (Induction/Arc Furnaces), DG sets, HT/LT panels, and substation equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve electrical control systems including PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and automation systems.
• Handle installation, commissioning, and upgradation of new electrical equipment in foundry operations.
• Manage power distribution, load management, energy conservation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain documentation for electrical systems, breakdown analysis, and compliance reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Induction/Arc Furnaces and Foundry Electrical Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
