Job Description

Experience- 7 to 15 yrs. in detail design of Electrical System related to Industrial Buildings Roles and Responsibilities 1. Knowledge of reading project plot plans and project design specifications. 2. Preparation of Electrical Design Specification. 3. Experience in preparing detailed Single line diagrams and Schematic diagrams of LV Panels (Lighting Panel, Power Panel, HVAC Panel (preferred)) 4. Preparation of Data Sheet of Electrical Equipment’s (Transformers, LV Panels, AC UPS, Lighting fixtures, Cables etc.) 5. Lighting Calculations using DIALux software. 6. Preparation and checking of Lighting and Convenience Socket Layouts. 7. Preparation and checking of Equipment Layout and Power & Control Cable Routing Layouts. 8. Preparation and checking of Earthing and Lightning Protection System Layouts. 9. Review of Vendor offers and documents related to Electrical Equipment’s i.e Transformers, LV Panels, AC UPS, Lighting fixtures, Cables etc. 10. Technical Bid Evaluations to finalize the Vendors. 11. Preparation of Bill of Material & Bill of Quantity, Current Estimation & Accounting. 12. Co-ordination with other disciplines, Client, Vendor, Site Team etc. 13. Maintain Document control index of working project and timely submission of documents and drawings as per project schedule. 14. Knowledge of Autocad, BIM 360 software, Revit, Model review, Navisworks for clash check will be an added advantage. 15. Knowledge of HVAC Electrical System will be an added advantage.
