Senior Educational Counselor

Since 2014, our mission has been to assist students and parents in navigating the higher education landscape in India and abroad by offering reliable information on over 27,000 colleges, 7000+ courses, and 350+ exams. With a database of over 200,000 college reviews, our platform garners an average of 10 Lac daily sessions and aspires to reach an even larger student audience in the future. Your responsibilities will include: Team Management: - Supervising and guiding counsellors to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. - Allocating cases and managing workload distribution. - Providing support in challenging counselling situations. Quality Assurance: - Monitoring the quality of counselling sessions through regular reviews, audits, and feedback. - Ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies. Training and Development: - Identifying training needs of the counselling team. - Organizing and/or conducting skill enhancement workshops and training sessions. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintaining accurate records of team performance, client progress, and case histories. - Preparing periodic reports for management and stakeholders. Client Escalation Handling: - Managing escalated or high-risk cases and ensuring appropriate intervention. - Coordinating with external agencies or senior management when necessary. Coordination and Communication: - Acting as a bridge between counsellors and management. - Facilitating regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address concerns and share updates. Program Development: - Supporting in developing and updating counselling protocols and tools. - Contributing to program planning and improvements based on feedback and data. You should be proficient in Tamil/Kannada, Hindi, and English to effectively carry out the responsibilities outlined above.,
