As a member of Collegedunia Web Pvt Ltd., India's largest review platform for educational information, your role involves overseeing various aspects of the counselling team to ensure the effective delivery of services. You will be responsible for team management, quality assurance, training and development, reporting and documentation, client escalation handling, coordination and communication, and program development. Your proficiency in Tamil/Kannada, Hindi, and English will be essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - **Team Management** - Supervise and guide counsellors to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. - Allocate cases and manage workload distribution. - Provide support in challenging counselling situations. - **Quality Assurance** - Monitor the quality of counselling sessions through regular reviews, audits, and feedback. - Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies. - **Training and Development** - Identify training needs of the counselling team. - Organize and/or conduct skill enhancement workshops and training sessions. - **Reporting and Documentation** - Maintain accurate records of team performance, client progress, and case histories. - Prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders. - **Client Escalation Handling** - Manage escalated or high-risk cases and ensure appropriate intervention. - Coordinate with external agencies or senior management when needed. - **Coordination and Communication** - Act as a bridge between counsellors and management. - Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address concerns and share updates. - **Program Development** - Support in developing and updating counselling protocols and tools. - Contribute to program planning and improvements based on feedback and data.
