Senior E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple seller panels.
• Upload, manage, and optimize product listings and catalogues.
• Track, file, and manage SPF claims effectively.
• Monitor returns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Analyze sales data to create actionable reports and insights.
• Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (cataloguing, inventory management, seller panels).
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
