Maintain accurate product data using Excel and other tools. 3. Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) to analyze and manage large datasets. Generate insightful reports to track product performance and identify improvement areas. 4. Platform Optimization: Conduct regular audits to ensure listings arecompliant with platform guidelines. Stay updated on platform-specific features and best practices. 5. Return Tracking: Track all marketplace orders for returns to ensure return delivery 6. SPF Claims: Knowledge of filling claims for issues in returns for all marketplaces 7. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce activities. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in listing, cataloging, and claims filing. Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, etc.). Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
