Senior E-Commerce Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing and dispatch of all online orders across various platforms and offline. This includes coordinating with courier partners for on-time pickups and deliveries, as well as monitoring and resolving any order delays, cancellations, and returns that may occur. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring, maintaining, and updating order status, stock levels, and customer details in the ERP system - Coordinating with ERP support to resolve system issues and improve workflows - Issuing purchase orders to the production team for online order requirements - Tracking purchase order status and coordinating with the production team to ensure on-time readiness - Planning production loads based on online order trends - Monitoring daily warehouse operations including inventory management, packing, and stock movement - Implementing best practices for space utilization, material handling, and stock rotation - Maintaining packaging standards and branding consistency - Managing optimal stock levels based on sales forecasts and platform trends - Conducting periodic physical stock audits and reconciliations - Managing buffer stock for fast-moving SKUs - Working closely with the online marketing and sales teams to align the supply chain with demand - Providing regular updates on dispatch performance, stock status, and operational bottlenecks - Supervising warehouse staff and ERP operators, allocating work, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in E-Commerce - Full-time, Permanent job type - Benefits include health insurance and provident fund - Day shift schedule with yearly bonus - Work location is in person (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description),
