Job Responsibilities of E-commerce Executive/ Asst manager Ecommerce
1. E-commerce Portal Management:
o Manage multiple e-commerce portals such as Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Blink It, and others.
o Ensure proper functionality, visibility, and competitiveness on all platforms.
2. Advertising and Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute ads across all marketplaces.
o Optimize online advertising campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.
o Have expertise in quick commerce platforms like Blink It, Zepto, and Flipkart Quick.
3. Strategic Sales Growth:
o Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the brand’s presence.
o Identify opportunities to grow revenue through promotions, partnerships, and campaigns.
4. Listing and Cataloging:
o Create and manage product listings on all e-commerce portals and the company’s own website.
o Perform A+ content listing, pricing updates, and catalog management.
5. Marketing and Brand Promotion:
o Plan and execute brand promotion ads on platforms like Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Amazon.com, Etsy, and others.
o Optimize marketing efforts to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
6. Order Management:
o Oversee the processing and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
o Monitor all orders placed through websites and e-commerce platforms.
7. Inventory Management:
o Track inventory movement, ensuring accurate In and Out reconciliation.
o Monitor stock levels and prevent overstock or understock situations.
8. Return Management:
o Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
9. Claims Management:
o Manage and resolve customer claims efficiently to maintain satisfaction and trust.
10. MIS Reporting:
o Prepare reports such as take-home sheets, price calculations, sales performance, and marketing activity analysis.
o Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates.
11. Sales Target Achievement:
o Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
o Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
12. Order Processing:
o Handle order processing for the website and all e-commerce portals, ensuring smooth operations.
13. Customer Feedback and Review Management:
o Monitor and manage customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly to improve satisfaction.
