Key Responsibilities: Maintaining Financial Records: Recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately using Tally software. GST and TDS Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations. Financial Reporting: Preparing various financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other management reports. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy. Invoice Processing: Creating and managing invoices for customers and vendors. Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels, if required by the company. Payroll Processing: Managing employee payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax contributions (depending on the role).
