Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Work from Office)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:

As a Social Media Executive at Miss Highness, you will be responsible for building the brand’s digital presence across various social platforms. You will plan, create, and manage engaging content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management
• Plan and create engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with the design and photography team for high-quality creatives.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copies aligned with brand voice.
• Campaign Execution
• Assist in planning and executing paid and organic campaigns on social platforms.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team for promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Community Engagement
• Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly.
• Monitor brand mentions and engage with the audience to build loyalty.
• Influencer & UGC Collaboration
• Identify and collaborate with influencers for brand promotions.
• Collect, organize, and share User Generated Content (UGC).
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track key metrics (followers, reach, engagement, conversions).
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions.
• Trend Spotting
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, audio, and hashtags.
• Propose creative ideas to increase visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in social media management (preferred, but freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Reels editing is a plus.
