Main functions are Not limited to,

Accomplish Zero leak buildings moreover develop a plan for accomplishment.

Lead a team of QA engineers/Managers which would form a QA team in the projects. you shall have overall responsibility of the compliance of QA activities for the projects.

Ensure that, CQA project Audit scores are accomplished as targeted.

Construction activities technical gaudiness to team and CM department.

Preparation/updating and Reviewing of WMS in the project all the activities including sub-contractors.

Ensure the process has fixed for all the construction activities.

Analysis reports of WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, Observations and other Quality activities on monthly basis and area of improvement reports.

Vendor s evolution within the region and outside the Pune region.

Attending Kick off meetings with vendor s, Pre construction activity meetings, Conducting the technical trainings to team and sub-contractors prior to start new construction activities.

Ensure each building if any new activity is started process has to established and demonstrated.

Ensuring that all the inspection reports and tests are performed by team as per BOQ, ITP and FTP requirements.

Timely updating the concrete/cementitious materials trail mix review and designs.

Conduct the regular Site Quality walks, Daily site visits in the projects.

Responsible for developing the QA Plan for new project, in compliance with the project specifications/BOQs/Contract requirements.

Also responsible for ensuring that the approved QA Plan is effectively implemented on the project and the inspection and test results are properly documented.

Conduct QAA audits/Quality walks to ensure that the construction activities are in compliance with the approved Method Statements/Drawings and QA Plan and verify that Quality Records are being documented accordingly.

Conduct meetings with Vendors to monitor and regularize the Quality assurance of products.

Initiate and follow-up Non-Conformance Reports and discrepancies till close out. Investigate the root cause of Non-Conformances and suggest corrective and preventive measures moreover establish a process for reoccurrence of same discrepancy.

Work closely with the team to ensure that all material submittals, method statements and other submittals are prepared, verified and approved.
