Senior Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draftsman with strong UAE / GCC experience in interior fit-out and joinery works. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and able to deliver precise and efficient drawings while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Experience Required: 10–12 years (UAE / GCC fit-out experience mandatory)

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and develop detailed drawings for fit-out and joinery works as per UAE/GCC standards.

• Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, coordinated, and aligned with design intent.

• Provide value engineering (VE) options and technical solutions for design and site-related issues.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies used in UAE/GCC interiors.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients.

• Maintain high drafting speed while ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Review design intent drawings and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical details.

• Identify discrepancies in drawings and propose corrective actions.

• Support the project team in resolving technical and drawing-related queries on site.

• Maintain drawing records and revisions systematically.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.

• 10–12 years of drafting experience in UAE / GCC (mandatory), with a strong background in fit-out and joinery works.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.

• Solid understanding of interior architectural detailing, joinery works, and fit-out technicalities.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Immediate availability preferred.

• Familiarity with Revit / BIM drafting (optional but beneficial).

• Experience working with design consultants and contractors in UAE/GCC.

• Problem-solving mindset with proactive technical inputs.
