Senior Draftsman Interior Fit-Out

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draftsman with strong UAE / GCC experience in interior fit-out and joinery works. You should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and able to deliver precise and efficient drawings while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. - Prepare, review, and develop detailed drawings for fit-out and joinery works as per UAE/GCC standards. - Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, coordinated, and aligned with design intent. - Provide value engineering (VE) options and technical solutions for design and site-related issues. - Have a strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies used in UAE/GCC interiors. - Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients. - Maintain high drafting speed while ensuring quality and accuracy. - Review design intent drawings and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical details. - Identify discrepancies in drawings and propose corrective actions. - Support the project team in resolving technical and drawing-related queries on site. - Maintain drawing records and revisions systematically. - Diploma / Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent. - 10-12 years of drafting experience in UAE / GCC (mandatory), with a strong background in fit-out and joinery works. - Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. - Solid understanding of interior architectural detailing, joinery works, and fit-out technicalities. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Immediate availability preferred. You have the added advantage if you have familiarity with Revit / BIM drafting (optional but beneficial) and experience working with design consultants and contractors in UAE/GCC with a problem-solving mindset and proactive technical inputs.
