About the Role

Senior .NET Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using
C#
and
.NET Core/.NET Framework
.
Write and optimize
complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers
in
MS SQL Server
.
Build and integrate
RESTful APIs and microservices
.
Architect
scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams in an
Agile/Scrum environment
.
Perform
code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
backend and database performance issues
.
Ensure
data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery
measures are in place.
Use
Git
or similar version control tools for code management.
Contribute to
CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
.
10+ years
of professional experience in backend development.
Expertise in
C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
.
Advanced hands-on experience with
Microsoft SQL Server
, including performance tuning and optimization.
Proficiency in
Entity Framework / ADO.NET
.
Strong experience in
RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
.
Solid understanding of
software design patterns and principles
(SOLID, DRY, etc.).
Familiarity with
unit testing frameworks
such as NUnit or MSTest.
Hands-on experience with
Git
version control.
Preferred:
Knowledge of
Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with
messaging queues
(RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
Exposure to
travel/booking platforms
