Job Summary: We are looking for a disciplined, hands-on, and highly communicative Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead full-cycle software delivery programs in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. You must bring strong credentials in project management, system documentation, cloud platforms, and cross-functional team leadership. Key Responsibilities Agile & Project Leadership Lead end-to-end agile delivery, ensuring sprint outcomes are achieved and continuously improved. Act as Scrum Master for product and engineering squads—drive ceremonies, track dependencies, clear blockers. Maintain roadmaps, sprint plans, release timelines, and backlogs in Jira & Confluence. Technical Documentation & Analysis Create, review, and maintain: BRD, SRS, FRS, NFRS, TDD, HLD, LLD, RCA User Journeys, User Stories, Edge Case documentation Sequence diagrams and end-to-end flowcharts using tools like Figjam, Visio, Draw.io, Lucid chart Participate in testing and deployment planning. Cloud & Platform Experience Work within Microsoft ecosystems: Azure, M365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams.
