Senior Dotnet Developer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic focus of the team by analyzing, documenting, and proposing solutions that align business requirements with technical solutions. Your involvement in the application design process will be crucial in ensuring that each system component is well-written, performant, and scalable, especially by making applications multi-instance where appropriate. Your operational management responsibilities will involve collaborating with other developers, systems analysts, testers, architects, and delivery managers to deliver high-quality software. You will play a key role in estimating work, defining backlog items, writing code, and conducting unit tests to specification. Additionally, you will be responsible for triaging defects, tracking them through to technical resolution, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing code effectively within the team. As a people leader in the team, you will be expected to share your experience with other team members, contributing to a learning culture and mentoring and guiding fellow developers. Your solid technical expertise in the relevant applications/technologies supporting the business, along with your excellent communication and mentoring skills, will be essential in driving the team's success. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing and proposing solutions for business requirements - Collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver quality software - Estimating work and defining backlog items - Writing code and conducting unit tests - Triaging defects and tracking them to resolution - Managing code effectively and ensuring use of source control systems - Working with DevOps for continuous deployment processes Qualifications required: - Solid technical expertise in C#, Git, Unit Test Frameworks, SQL Server/TSQL/Stored Procedures/Query Optimization - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience working on complex projects - Flexible, self-motivated, team player with strong organizational skills Ideal qualifications: - Experience in Azure - Familiarity with WebApp technologies such as HTML, JS, Angular, React, CSS - Experience in agile working environments Please note that the above job description provides a summary of your role, key responsibilities, and qualifications required for this position.,
