Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on expertise in VB.NET and C# to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using VB.NET, C#, and the .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Maintain existing applications and provide enhancements as needed.
• Work on database development, including stored procedures and query optimization (preferably SQL Server).
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly.
• Document technical designs, processes, and implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Web Forms, Windows Forms, and/or MVC.
• Strong experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or TFS.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and Windows Services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
