They devise solutions and provide insights that help keep our business on track, by collaborating and communicating with other teams Empowered with an excellent ERP and forecasting system, this team of trusted partners support Epsilon India s day-to-day requirements and long-term business goals We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Director, Marketing Operations, to lead and support Epsilon s India-based Marketing Operations team This leadership role has a dual focus: India On-Site Leadership - Serve as the on the ground leader for the India-based resources aligned to U S teams, ensuring operational excellence, HR coordination, adherence to company policies, and employee engagement Marketing Operations Leadership - Lead and support a team of skilled professionals focused primarily on Marketing Technology management with a secondary focus on marketing automation, Salesforce integration, campaign operations, and analytics Partner closely with U S -based strategic managers to ensure seamless delivery and operational alignment This individual will lead the development and management of resources spanning across different operational functions The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership skills and technical knowledge to guide operational excellence across Epsilons marketing organization Responsibilities On-Site Leadership Act as the primary point of contact for all India-based team members aligned to the U S business unit Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure team cohesion, performance, and policy compliance Liaise with HR, Facilities, and internal business partners to address employee needs, resolve conflicts, and drive engagement Facilitate onboarding, training, performance reviews, and development planning for India-based talent Represent India-based concerns, opportunities, and progress in global leadership forums Marketing Operations Leadership Lead our MarTech strategy for the complete suite of tools and technologies used across Marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives Oversee the management and optimization of the entire marketing technology stack, including CRM, CMS, marketing automation, data analytics, and other related platforms These tools are critical to the business to create awareness and engagement and collect and maintain leads data Oversee the execution of marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, and other platforms Provide strategic and hands-on support for data management, custom report creation, lead lifecycle tracking, and performance analytics Partner with U S -based strategic leaders to translate business objectives into scalable operational workflows Design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to provide real-time insight into campaign performance and Key Performance Indicator Maintain high standards of operational excellence through documentation, process optimization, and quality assurance Qualifications 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Eloqua, or equivalent platforms Expertise in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Datorama Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a global marketing agency or consulting environment Prior experience leading site operations or HR coordination in a global company Familiarity with campaign operations, tagging, tracking, and marketing analytics Additional Information Our pillars arent just words Theyre how we show up every day People centricity: We focus on employee well-being in an environment where colleagues truly care about each other Collaboration: We work together, support one another and collectively achieve goals Growth: There are endless opportunities for growth through learning, development and career advancement Innovation: We drive progress through cutting-edge solutions and forward-thinking approaches Flexibility: We ve created a balance between work and personal life, and we encourage adaptability to solve problems creatively Our values guide us to create value for our clients, our people and consumers Act with integrity Work together to win together Innovate with purpose Respect all voices Empower with accountability These pillars and values are our foundation shaping our culture, guiding our decisions and uniting us in common purpose
