Senior Director Product Management

As the Senior Director, Product Management at our company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development, execution, and enhancement of assigned products within our product portfolio. You will play a crucial role in driving the incubation, design, development, and launch of new SaaS products in the data and technology space. Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing initiatives to grow our business within the healthcare value chain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain expert knowledge regarding products, services, capabilities, marketplace, competition, and strategic positioning - Lead all aspects of assigned products including market research, financial planning, road-mapping, development, implementation, regulatory compliance, and financial performance - Create and maintain a multi-year business plan for the identified product(s) with key elements such as competitive landscape analysis, feature road map, go-to-market plan, and financial projections - Provide comprehensive feature/function requirements to engineering for successful development and operation of products - Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather feedback and optimize product plans - Lead and manage personnel necessary for achieving product plans and provide necessary internal support resources - Establish and monitor key metrics to drive adoption of Agile processes and tools - Drive opportunities to leverage company-wide products, capabilities, data, and processes for delivering best-in-class SaaS products - Serve as a key member of management to drive strategic initiatives for product enhancements and overall business function improvement - Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA requirements, company policies, procedures, and mission statement **Qualifications Required:** - Total experience of 15+ years with minimum 8 years in product development, management, business strategy, and market analysis - Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare technology - Minimum of 4 years in managing and growing SaaS-based software portfolios - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Agile Framework - Minimum of 4 years leading a customer-facing support function in a high-growth healthcare SaaS organization You must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field to be considered for this role.
