Strong project management skills using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana are desired, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. You should also demonstrate the proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment. Nice to have qualifications include an understanding of casual mobile game market trends and KPIs, familiarity with Unity-based development pipelines, exposure to live ops and data-driven product management, and experience scaling teams from early-stage to growth-stage. Your role involves ensuring adherence to relevant Indian and international regulations, requiring strong legal acumen, technical expertise in customs matters, and the ability to coordinate across functional and cultural lines. Your key responsibilities include accurate classification of imported goods under the WCO Harmonized System, application of preferential duty schemes, implementation of duty planning strategies, maintenance of classification and import tax database, monitoring of import declarations for accuracy and compliance, and traceability of internal records. You will provide expert guidance on tariff-related matters, respond to customs queries, audits, litigation, and advance rulings, and track and interpret amendments in customs tariff policies in real-time. Engaging with industry associations to advocate for regulatory improvements, providing feedback on policy changes, collaborating with external legal counsel, and coordinating documentation related to litigation and compliance matters are also part of your responsibilities.
