Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage operations to optimize capacity, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. - Implement innovative solutions to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines. - Manage field operations teams responsible for automobile inspection and delivery, ensuring quality and consistency. - Drive efficiency and speed in delivery operations, particularly in the context of quick commerce. - Collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure seamless integration and performance, evaluating and selecting new partners as needed. - Develop capacity planning strategies to meet demand fluctuations, monitor and manage SLAs to maintain service quality standards. - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions, championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
