Senior Director - Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations for automobile inspection and fulfillment & delivery at Droom. As a Senior Director Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing capacity, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth. Your strong background in logistics, supply chain, field operations, quick commerce, and 3PL providers will be essential in ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage operations to optimize capacity, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. - Implement innovative solutions to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines. - Manage field operations teams responsible for automobile inspection and delivery, ensuring quality and consistency across locations. - Drive efficiency and speed in delivery operations, particularly in the context of quick commerce. - Collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure seamless integration and performance, evaluating and selecting new partners as needed. - Develop capacity planning strategies to meet demand fluctuations and monitor SLAs to maintain service quality standards. - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the operations teams, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics for decision-making.
