Senior Director - FTL Supply P&L

Role Overview: As a Supplier Strategy Leader, your main responsibility will be to build and lead supplier strategy with regional managers. You will also be tasked with growing supplier networks in new regions and strengthening existing ones. Collaborating with tech and product teams to build smarter tools and co-creating long-term transport plans with business and client teams will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to track performance, drive continuous improvements, and create scalable, efficient processes across the board. Leading and growing a high-performing supplier management team will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
