Senior Digital Media Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead end-to-end digital media strategies aligned with overall brand/business objectives.
• Integrate paid, owned, and earned media into a cohesive digital ecosystem.
• Oversee annual digital media planning and budget allocation.
• Lead execution of multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
• Supervise performance media, influencer programs, content amplification, and native advertising.
• Ensure campaigns are optimized in real-time for maximum ROI.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital media planners, buyers, and analysts.
• Provide training on emerging tools and best practices.
• Use data tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Present insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
• Liaise with media agencies, publishers, and platforms.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Test emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, OTT, CTV, audio streaming) for relevance and scale.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.
• Proven experience in performance marketing (ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, etc.) and brand awareness campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
• Up-to-date with MarTech tools, attribution models, and cookies/privacy trends.
