Senior Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. This role requires both strategic thinking and execution, along with the ability to lead a small team and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email, content).
• Execute and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for lead generation and conversions.
• Drive SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink building.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new ad features, and SEO best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).
• Experience managing ad budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team preferred.
• Solid understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
