Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own and improve infrastructure across deployment types and customer environments.
Automate and set up processes around infrastructure provisioning, configuration, application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Ensure best practices through automation, infrastructure as code, robust system monitoring, alerting, and auto-scaling.
Define, measure, and improve the reliability and security of systems by collaborating with relevant Product and Tech stakeholders.
Handle client-facing escalations and incidents.
Provide Level 1 technical support to address incidents and escalations as part of the 24x7x365 staffing assignment (on-call).
Communicate status updates and root cause analysis (RCA) to external and internal stakeholders regarding complex technical issues.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Linux server management and system administration.
Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Knowledge of automation using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
