Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, set up, and operate the DevOps and cloud infrastructure for a mobile-first home healthcare care provider platform (React Native + Expo, ReactJS, backend services). This role requires hands-on ownership of CI/CD, containerization, environment management, security, and release reliability, including mobile app release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for: Mobile apps, Web apps and Backend services
• Use tools such as

  Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.

• Manage build automation, versioning, release tagging, rollbacks, and hotfix deployments.
• Manage infra cost optimisation.
• Create and manage environments: Dev, QA, UAT, Prod.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting.
• Ensure environment parity, scalability, and controlled promotion between environments.
• Configure and manage

  Nginx

  for reverse proxy, load balancing, and basic security controls.
• Ensure secure secrets management and access control.
• Set up

  monitoring, logging, alerting

  , and support incident response and rollbacks.
• Work closely with the

  System Architect and engineering team

  to support releases and production stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with CI/CD for

  React Native

  .
• Strong cloud experience on AWS, GCP.
• Kubernetes/Docker experience for service deployments.
• Monitoring/observability stack experience.
• Experience configuring

  Nginx

  for reverse proxy and load balancing.
• Familiarity with

  PostgreSQL and MongoDB

  in production environments.
• Experience supporting

  production systems with frequent releases

  .
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (engineering background preferred).

Good-to-Have

• Experience in healthcare / HIPAA-like obligations.
• Experience with Expo framework.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform.
• Experience managing multiple environments with frequent mobile and web releases.
