Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS & Python Specialist

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like

  Bitbucket/GitHub

  and

  Jenkins

• Write clean, efficient code in

  Python

  ,

  Groovy

  , or similar languages to support infrastructure and application integration
• Manage and automate infrastructure using

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  tools such as

  Terraform

  or

  CloudFormation

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using

  Docker

  and

  EKS

• Work with a wide range of

  AWS services

  including EC2, EBS, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, S3, and EKS
• Maintain and administer

  Unix/Linux

  and

  Windows

  servers
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using

  Prometheus

  ,

  Alert Manager

  , and

  Grafana

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues effectively

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in

  DevOps

  with core expertise in:

• AWS Cloud Platform

• Python or Groovy scripting

• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, EKS)

• Experience with system monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with configuration management tools like

  Ansible

  or

  Chef

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as

  New Relic

  ,

  PagerDuty

  ,

  Splunk

  , or

  CloudWatch

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies independently
