Bachelors Computer Science or related. Masters preferred.

Experience/ Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of experience in IT industry with minimum 5 years of technical project management on cross-functional projects using software development life cycle process.
• Must have software delivery/development background due to the technical nature of the deliverables
• Experience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring, design pattern, UI framework, CI-CD etc or Big Data platform is preferred.
• Experience in leading team of minimum 10 Junior developers.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience up to client, senior management, inter department, external vendors etc.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A real self-starter with the ability to drive and make clear and prompt decisions and solve problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done
• Experience in Openshift, Kubernetes, Kafka will be preferred.

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
