Senior Development Engineer

Job Title:

Job Purpose:

To support the companys expanding portfolio of new and upcoming projects, we are looking for experienced professionals in New Product Development (NPD). The selected candidates will lead and manage end-to-end development activities, ensure timely product delivery, and contribute to technical innovation and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage New Product Development (NPD) activities as per project timelines.
• Support APQP, PPAP, and other product development processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for development and technical discussions.
• Perform detailed technical analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Utilize design software (CAD) for modeling and technical documentation.
• Manage and monitor product lifecycle from design to production.
• Lead heavy fabrication projects with focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Collaborate across departments for smooth execution of product development goals.
• Multiskilling and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
• Expertise in vendor development and coordination.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM).
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Experience in handling heavy fabrication projects is mandatory.
• Preferably from the construction equipment manufacturing industry.
