Primary Responsibilities:

1

  • Direct and manage a team of software engineers through the complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Provide mentorship, technical direction, and career development guidance to team members to foster growth and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering KPIs, and enforce development standards.

  • Take full ownership of the design, implementation, and delivery of high-impact software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and drive sprint planning.
  • Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems while establishing and enforcing development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

3. Hands-On Software Development

  • Contribute actively to the codebase, particularly focusing on architecturally significant components and complex features.
  • Lead problem diagnosis efforts, resolve system-level technical issues, and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions .

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
  • Communicate project updates, technical risks, and mitigation strategies effectively to internal leadership and external stakeholders, maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in software development, including 1-2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies including:
    • .NET Core, .NET Framework
    • C#, SQL, Entity Framework
    • XamarinXamarin,. NET MAUI , (or any mobile developement) , jQuery
  • Proven experience in delivering scalable, production-grade software solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, architectural design, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
